By accessing or using Nursing Skills Lab ("the App," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Educational Use Only

The App is designed exclusively for educational purposes to support nursing students in learning clinical procedures, reviewing concepts, and tracking study progress. The content is not a substitute for:

• Professional medical training or clinical judgment
• Instructor guidance or institutional policies
• Official clinical protocols or facility-specific procedures
• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to others
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell App content without permission
• Use the content as a basis for actual patient care decisions

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Nursing Skills Lab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute App content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of educational content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nursing Skills Lab shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on the App, including any clinical decisions made based on its content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
