Nursing Skills Lab is an educational tool and is not a health record system. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) about real patients. Do not enter any real patient data, including names, identifiers, or medical records, into the App.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help operate the App (such as payment processing and hosting) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. Instructors see only the booking details necessary to conduct your consultation.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication and secure data storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. You can also cancel your subscription at any time. To exercise these rights, contact Base44 support.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain limited data as required by law or for legitimate business records, then delete it in accordance with our retention schedule.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for nursing students and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
