Night shift reports the patient has become acutely confused, pulling at her IV, and trying to climb out of bed.
You arrive for your morning shift. The patient is disoriented, does not recognize the year, and is agitated. Her IV has been pulled out.
"I need to go home! My children are waiting for me! Why am I in this place?"
